About Us
Politeknik started in 1984 as an agent/representative company, represented European companies from 1984 to 1998, mainly in the fields of airport maintenance vehicles, air crash tenders, snow removal equipments and oversnow vehicles funded by governmental sources in the past.
In 1996, Politeknik also started to work with D&B tunnelling machines. Our first partner was Swedish Rock-Machines and later, also GIA, Atlas Copco and others in the field of D&B tunnelling machines.
As of 2004, we began to work with mechanized (TBM related) tunnelling machines. In 2007 we started to work with German Wirth, which was our first TBM partner. Today, we are representing major companies within the TBM industry from all over Europe.
Politeknik, can consult you for full package solutions including all necessary additional equipment for a complete TBM system package. We can also arrange credits for full package solutions with suitable conditions from France (Coface backed up) and Germany (Hermes backed up) through our French and German partners.
